35 years of cranking it up to 11! That’s right, it’s been that long since the groundbreaking mock-rock-doc This Is Spinal Tap came out; what better way to celebrate than with a live scoring? At this special Vancouver International Film Festival screening, some of Vancouver’s best local musicians play along with the ever-quotable movie, giving their own takes on “Stonehenge,” “Sex Farm,” “Tonight I’m Gonna Rock You Tonight” and all the other classics. Whether for the first time or the tenth, there’s no better way to see the movie than this.
