Wings Over Water is an original diasporic bird play set in the liminal space of the ocean where Baby Bird meets 7 birds through phases of growth and cycle breaking: Grandmother Bird, Patriarchy Bird, Anarchy Bird, Blood Bird, Party Bird and Dream Bird. Join us through the intimate and sensory worlds of poetry, original live music created on the loop pedal, somatic movement and shadow puppetry to experience a work of innovative theatre like none other. Will Baby Bird find their way home?
