During this free event to celebrate Alliance Francaise Vancouver’s 115th Anniversary, Nicolas Sassoon’s exhibition will transform a Cambie street auditorium into a party with electro accents. Nicolas's work uses early computer imaging techniques to manifest an array of form and figures, rendered through pixelated patterns and limited color palettes. This focus on early computer graphics is driven by the sculptural, material and pictorial qualities of this imagery, as well as its limitations and its poetics.
