Let's Talk About Death: Collaborative conversations about death in safe respectful environments

Death Conversation Game founder Angela Fama (who is a contributor for SAD Mag’s upcoming Death Issue) will co-host with former frontline paramedic and mental health worker Christa Zaganas, using the Death Conversation Game as a tool to help guide the conversations. Angela + Christa have known each other for 20+ years, and have both recently completed the Death Doula program at Douglas College.

“Let’s Talk About Death” is an online digital conversation/workshop held on Zoom that has 2 sessions – you can join 1 or both with the same ticket. Once a ticket is purchased, the link and password to both Zoom classes will be in a pop-up confirmation message, as well as an email sent to you. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam/junk/trash folders for an email from Eventbrite. If you still can’t find it, please email us at: info@deathconversationgame.com.

Whether you are new to the conversation, currently faced with death (your own or another’s), grieving a recent or long passed loss, preparing your understanding of End-of-Life decisions, wanting to expand your understandings on death, thinking about all the momental deaths that happen in a day, are just plain curious, whatever it is! Come join in the conversation! The groups and conversations had are defined only by those who join and each group is so organically different!

If you’d like to know more about why Angela thinks talking about death is a good idea, please watch her TEDx talk: “How Talking About Death Can Make You Happy.”
